These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products for collection from our shop. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.⁠ ⁠Order Placement and Payment
1.1. By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
1.2. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance.
1.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept master, visa card payment.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been made.

2.⁠ ⁠Product Information and Allergens
2.1. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and allergen information on our website. However, please note that product colors and designs may vary slightly.
2.2. It is your responsibility to review the allergen information provided before making a purchase. Our cakes and bread are prepared in a kitchen that handles various ingredients, and there may be a risk of cross-contamination with allergenic ingredients.

3.⁠ ⁠Collection
3.1. We offer collection options for your orders. Collection dates and times will be provided to you during the order process.
3.2. Please ensure you collect your order within the designated collection period. Failure to collect within the specified timeframe may result in your order being discarded without a refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations or changes to your order may be possible at least 3 days before collection. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after this timeframe.
4.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The amount refunded will depend on the circumstances and any applicable cancellation fees.
4.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability or technical errors.

5.⁠ ⁠Storage and Consumption
5.1. We recommend refrigerating our cakes as soon as possible upon collection. Please do not leave the cake outside for more than 30 minutes and follow the specific storage instructions provided with your order.
5.2. Our cakes are best consumed on the date of collection. However, certain cakes may remain fresh for up to 2 days when stored properly.
5.3. Please note that cakes with fresh fruit decorations should be consumed on the same day of collection.
5.4. Our bread products are best consumed on the date of collection. However, certain bread can keep in the refrigerator for 2 days or freezer up to 14 days. Please follow the specific storage and reheat instructions provided with your order. 
5.5. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues that may arise from the consumption of our products.

6.⁠ ⁠Gift Cards
6.1. Gift cards may be available for purchase on our website.
6.2. Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months. Please check the expiration date when you receive a gift card.
6.3. Gift cards can be redeemed for eligible purchases at our shop.
6.4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
6.5. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
6.6. The remaining balance on a gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or credited back to the gift card.
6.7. Additional terms and conditions may apply to gift cards, and these will be provided to you upon purchase.

7.1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Café Seek and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.

8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
