Sencha

煎茶 · Sencha — Japanese Green Tea.

A classic whole-leaf Japanese green tea grown in the hills of Kyoto, Japan, bright and grassy, and equally good hot or cold-brewed.

Taste: Sweet greens · rich umami · smooth finish

Prepare cold (recommended): Infuse 5 g with 500 ml cold water for 4–8 hours. Keep refrigerated and strain before serving.
Prepare hot: Infuse 4 g with 200 ml water at 70–75°C for 60 seconds.
