A single-cultivar, stone-milled matcha from the Spring 2025 harvest, grown in the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan — the same cultivar behind most classic Japanese green tea.

Taste: Fresh greens · gentle umami · clean finish

Prepare: Whisk 2 g with 90 ml water at 75–80°C.
